The size of this pad for only one person take operating on it
When you folded it the size will reduce only 24" x 60 " it is a very small
but when you opened it the size will spread to big enough for support your body.
You can store it in your car and travel to anywhere you want.

I exercise in the basement on a concrete floor. It's thick so I'm not feeling the floor. It's compact for easy storage. I'm very satisfied with it and highly recommend it especially for floor exercises on hard surfaces.

This is the only heavy duty mat I would consider purchasing to do exercise on. The foam is thick enough to feel like I have sufficient padding under me to exercise while lying on my back. I really like how it folds into thirds and has a handle for ease in carrying. I highly recommend the Harbinger 340400 Mat.
